Upon arriving, I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. The rooms were much nicer than expected, spacious, and well-equipped, although slightly damp. The service, unfortunately, had its shortcomings with issues like the circuit breaker and unavailability of luggage carts. The location, on the other hand, was ideal, quiet yet close to various amenities. The dining options were average, with room for improvement. Overall, a mixed experience with some notable ups and downs.
The hotel is conveniently located near Disney and a variety of restaurants and shops. The rooms are spacious and face a lovely courtyard with a fountain, which was a hit with my kids.
